This is the modest home DeVonta Smith continues to reside in despite his recent three-year, $75million contract extension with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Smith agreed terms on a new deal in Philly last month, keeping him at Lincoln Financial Field through the 2028 season, while the Eagles have also picked up the fifth-year option on his 2025 campaign.
The wide receiver's extension is also said to include a guaranteed $51million.
Despite the riches of his new contract, Smith still lives in this self-effacing, five-bedroom house in Marlton, New Jersey, which he purchased for close to $625,000 back in July 2021.
The 3,288-square-foot property has an open floor plan, as well as an open loft on the second floor and a finished living area in the basement.

Before splashing out on that home in Marlton, Smith spent $700,000 on a luxurious Los Angeles pad for his mom Christina Smith-Sylve after being selected by the Eagles in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
Fresh off signing a four-year, $20m deal in Philly, the former Alabama star set his mom up in the 10-acre, four-bedroom property in Independence, which also features a stocked pond and a screened-in back patio.
He shared a video on Instagram at the time which showed him giving Christina the house and wrote: 'To the world you are a mother, but to me you are the absolute world.'
Smith has 240 receptions for 3,178 yards and 19 touchdowns in three seasons with the Eagles. He was the 2020 Heisman Trophy winner who helped Alabama win two national championships in his four seasons with the Crimson Tide.
His extension continued a busy offseason for Philadelphia, after they signed former Giants running back Saquon Barkley and linebackers Bryce Huff and Zack Baun.
Those three free-agent additions were part of a rapid roster overhaul in the wake of the Eagles' late-season collapse, which saw them dumped out of the playoffs in the Wild Card Round.
Safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson is back a year after the team let him walk away in free agency.

Wide receiver DeVante Parker will receive a $4.69m guarantee in his one-year deal, and the Eagles also signed offensive lineman Matt Hennessy.
The Eagles also agreed to a one-year deal worth $7.5m with former Tampa Bay linebacker Devin White
Also, kicker Jake Elliott, two-time Pro Bowl guard Landon Dickerson and defensive end Brandon Graham all signed deals that will keep them with the Eagles.
Jason Kelce and Fletcher Cox retired and left the Eagles with just four players remaining from the 2017 Super Bowl season.
