Robert F. Kennedy Jr. got an endorsement Monday from a Hollywood star who is facing new sexual misconduct allegations.

Kevin Spacey took to X to cheer on the independent presidential candidate and tout their friendship.

'There's a lot I can learn from this man. When the world turned its back on me, Bobby leaned in,' Spacey shared.

'He's a formidable fighter for justice and a loyal friend that's not afraid to stand up for what he believes,' the former House of Cards actor added.

Spacey's nod to RFK Jr. comes as the actor is pushing back on allegations made by 10 men in the forthcoming Channel 4 documentary, Spacey Unmasked, which debuts in the U.K. on Monday and Tuesday.

On Monday, Spacey praised RFK Jr. calling him a 'loyal friend' who 'leaned in' as he was being accused of sexual misconduct by a number of men. Spacey shared a 30-minute biographical video of Kennedy narrated by Woody Harrelson

Actor Ruari Cannon, who is featured in the documentary, told  The i newspaper that Spacey touched him in a 'highly intimate way' at a press night for an Old Vic theater production in 2013.

Spacey called the allegation 'ridiculous' and denied it happened.

The actor also insisted he never offered anyone career help in exchange for sex.

'I take full responsibility for my past behavior and my actions,' Spacey told journalist Dan Wootton. 'But I cannot and will not take responsibility or apologize to anyone who's made up stuff about me or exaggerated stories about me.'

The House of Cards star had previously been acquitted of a number of sexual offenses alleged by four men in the U.K. that took place between 2001 and 2013.

Additionally, Spacey won a legal victory in a civil lawsuit filed by Anthony Rapp who accused Spacey of making a sexual advance toward the Rent actor when he was 14 in 1986.

A jury in 2022 found that Spacey did not molest Rapp and was not liable.

Of the men featured in the documentary, none were part of the British legal case and nine out of the 10 have never spoken out before.

On Monday, ahead of the new documenary's release, Spacey reshared an X post from RFK Jr. that highlights a new video about the independent candidate narrated by actor Woody Harrelson and financed by a Kennedy-aligned PAC.

The Kennedy campaign did not immediately return DailyMail.com's request for comment on Spacey's endorsement.

Additionally, Spacey isn't the only problematic celebrity in RFK Jr.'s orbit.

Next week, Russell Brand will headline a comedy event for the campaign in Nashville, Tennessee.

Brand has been accused of sexual assault and inappropriate workplace behavior by women during the years of 2006 to 2013 - when he was at the height of his fame.

Entourage actor Jeremy Piven, who was accused of sexual assault, harassment, and misconduct by eight women in 2017 and 2018, was a surprise guest at a similar event for the Kennedy campaign in Los Angeles in February.
