A Texas school district has been placed on lockdown on Friday after pictures began circulating allegedly showing a man with a gun on campus.
Three schools in Clint near El Paso are currently locked down as a safety precaution - Mountain View High School, East Montana Middle School, and Montana Vista Elementary School.
One person has reportedly been detained following the apparent threat.
No injuries have been reported.
The Clint city government said on X: 'One subject is in custody, no injuries have been reported. Mountain View High School parents have been notified of their reunification site.
'Police are still investigating the situation. All other schools in the area will follow early release schedule.'
