Disturbing new details have been revealed about a transgender woman accused of killing her parents.

Collin Troy Bailey, 28, who goes by the name Mia, was filmed being led away by seven armed officers in Washington City Wednesday afternoon after her mother Gail, 69, and father Joseph, 70, were found dead in their nearby home.

Now police have claimed that after an initial attack, she then returned to scene to shoot them several times 'to make sure they were dead'.

In a shocking outburst, Bailey told cops she 'did not have remorse for her actions and that she would not change what she had done.'

'I would do it again. I hate them,' she said, according to the booking affidavit seen by KSL.

Alleged Utah transgender killer Collin Troy Bailey, 28, who goes by the name Mia, was arrested following the murder of her parents Gail, 69, and Joseph Bailey, 70

Bailey has been charged with two counts of aggravated murder, one count of attempted aggravated murder, one count of aggravated burglary and one count of third-degree felony discharge of a firearm

'Mia told officers that she went to the residence with the intent to kill her parents' and was seen entering the home on surveillance camera footage, it states.

Several shell casings were found on the first floor of the home, close to the stairs and also in the front room.

Arrest documents say Bailey admitted to entering the home and shooting at her mother almost straight away.

The body of Gail was found on the first floor while her husband's body was found in the hallway leading to the master bedroom.

Washington City Police say Bailey's father, Joseph had been shot twice while her mother was hit four times.

'Upon entering the house she almost immediately began shooting at her mother. Mia stated that her father... heard the shots and began walking toward her. Mia stated that she shot her father in the head and that he immediately dropped to the ground,' the affidavit alleges.

Bailey is in the process of transitioning from male to female, with no motive given for her alleged crimes

After firing the initial shots police say returned back upstairs and fired once again.

'Mia described that she returned to her father who was lying on the ground and shot him one more time in the head to make sure that he was dead. While doing that, Mia ... walked back over to her mother and shot her in the head to make sure that she was dead,' police detailed in the affidavit.

After allegedly killing her parents, Bailey fired a shot through the bedroom door where her brother and his wife had locked themselves away.

The pair heard a gunshot just as they were attempting to escape through a downstairs window

'Mia stated that her brother was not her main target, but she would not have been sad had the gunshot killed him,' the police affidavit states.

By the time officers arrived at the home, they found the door ajar.

An all-night search was launched to capture Bailey involving officers from the Washington Police Department, Washington County Sheriff's Office and the Utah Department of Public Safety.

Helicopter's were used in the search for her before she was eventually found walking in a nearby ravine. She attempted to evade capture by hiding in brush.

'Officers were on scene and observed Mia to be walking north toward the Painted Desert subdivision through the wash. Mia was given commands to stop, and she retrieved a handgun from her waistband and placed it to her head, continuing to walk away from officers, ignoring their commands. Officers lost sight of Mia as she went into the thick brush in the wash/ravine,' the arrest report states.
