Ryan Garcia and Angel Reese were among the few athletes who publicly reacted to Joe Biden's decision to drop out of the 2024 US presidential election, although neither came off as an expert in the political arena.

The WNBA rookie All-Star didn't pretend to know anything about Biden's decision. Instead, Reese publicly wondered on X: 'wait what's going on rn….'

Her fans were unbothered by her unfamiliarity with the subject, and one actually asked for her to toss her hat in the ring.

'Can you run for president,' the fan asked the Chicago Sky power forward. 'We'd all vote for you queen.'

Garcia, on the other hand, had much more to say on the subject. The troubled boxer railed against Biden's support for Vice President Kamala 'Harrison' and continued to back challenger Donald Trump.

Ryan Garcia bizarre social media rant included his continued support for Donald Trump

'I cannot wait till do Donald Trump,' began one nonsensical post on X.

'Destroys Kamala Harris,' he continued, correctly writing the Vice President's last name this time.

'In the debate.'

Garcia's three-line post resembled a haiku, but without the strict 5-7-5 syllable structure.

And Garcia wasn't just active on social media Sunday. The boxer, who was banned by New York State for failing a steroid test and the WBC for using racist language, was also discussing his faith with the public.

'Street preaching right now,' he wrote.

Angel Reese relied on her social media followers to inform her about Sunday's big news

Conservative former US soccer star Alexi Lalas accused Biden of acting in self interest

To Lalas, Biden would have tainted his legacy by continuing to run for re-election

He also shared a Bible passage, 1 Corinthians 14:34, which argues against women speaking in church.

Garcia agreed, writing: 'Woman shouldn't talk in church.'

The 25-year-old recently claimed he was entering rehab to battle substance abuse issues earlier this month, only to continue his bizarre online behavior.

But he wasn't the only Biden critic to rip the President's decision to drop out of the race on Sunday.

Former US soccer star and current Fox Sports analyst Alexi Lalas accused Biden of dropping out as an act of self-preservation.

When one activist on social media called Biden a 'modern day hero' for stepping down, Lalas called the President a 'politician acting in self-interest.'

And when one commenter argued that 'dropping out is like, the least self-interested thing a politician can do' Lalas had an answer for him too.

'Not if that politician is headed for a historic loss that would taint his legacy and he is offered a golden parachute,' Lalas wrote back.
