Two luxury cars belonging to a glamorous influencer have been torched in a brazen firebombing at a ritzy home.

Taylor Jayne 'TJ' Touma, who lives at the extravagant four-bedroom, five-bathroom home with her boyfriend in Sydney's Hunters Hill, awoke to her Lamborghini Huracan and a brand new Tesla, worth a combined $500,000, going up in flames at 4.15am on Monday.

A Molotov cocktail was thrown into the garage in an eerily similar attack that occurred three months earlier at another home in St Johns Park linked to a man named Billy Blazevski.

The 25-year-old is also known to stay at the Hunters Hill property and police are investigating whether the two incidents are linked.

Blazevski has reportedly been unwilling to assist police, Daily Telegraph reported.

Ms Touma, who regularly posts about her opulent lifestyle on Instagram, has not commented publicly on the matter.

'I don't want to talk about the fire,' she said.

Ms Touma posted a photo of herself with the Tesla on the day she got it just 10 weeks ago.

Daily Mail Australia is not suggesting any wrongdoing by Mr Blazevski or Ms Touma.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze within 30 minutes and prevented it spreading down to other parts of the sizable property.

The garage door was almost completely destroyed as flames burned through the roofs of the two cars to expose their interiors.

Police spoke with real estate agents and neighbours on Monday.

One neighbour said they saw several dark figures running from the scene.

Police believe the attack was targeted as CCTV footage had shown men wearing black gloves and balaclavas.

It is understood an explosive similar to a Molotov cocktail had been used to start the fire.

NSW Fire and Rescue spokesman Adam Dewberry said it was fortunate no one was injured in the blaze.

'Three aerial platforms supported fire crews in breathing apparatus as they attacked the seat of the blaze and prevented it spreading to an adjacent hammer mill,' he said.

Investigations are ongoing and the cause of the fire is being determined.

Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Ms Touma for comment.
