A Taylor Swift fan 'may as well have stayed at home' after paying £60 for restricted view tickets that were sat behind the stage, after other fans had ticketing errors.
One user sitting in section U36 posted a video saying: 'Best £57 I spent, saw her 90 per cent of the night' as she showed she was sat behind the stage, only being able to view the performance on a screen.
Those in the comments disagreed with her positive outlook, writing: 'That's so upsetting.'
One said: 'But those seats, rather not go,' with another adding: 'Great seats behind the stage... Well worth the money.'
Another fan, Jessica Lander, said a Ticketmaster system error meant she wasn't let in to the Eras Tour concert in Anfield.
Swift's hugely anticipated Eras Tour has been plagued with problems, with fans missing 'a third of the concert' and others being seated behind the stage.

Throughout the tour, multiple fans have fallen ill at the gigs, with the singer kindly pausing the show until they were helped.
Last night, fans said they couldn't see the stage, only able to watch on a screen.
And hundreds who queued for 12 hours couldn't get in, so gathered outside the stadium to listen instead.
Pro-Gaza activists even targeted Swift's sell-out Eras show in Cardiff over her tour organiser's 'links to Israel'.
At Anfield in Liverpool, a fan was left reeling after being sold £660 VIP tickets but was left with a 'restricted view'.
The 33-year-old, from Chorley, Lancashire, was lucky enough to secure last minute tickets for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour concert in Liverpool on June 14.
However when she arrived, her tickets weren't scanning, so she was directed to a Ticketmaster representative who could help.
When Jessica reached the man, she was greeted by a large queue and swathes of people who had all suffered the same problem with their tickets.
After waiting around for an hour, the venue was able to supply Jessica with paper tickets but not in the £185 ticket with central view seat she had paid for.
She was instead allocated to sit in a £60 seat with a limited view of the stage.
Social media manager Jessica described her 'upsetting' experience: 'As soon as we got to the queue, we were being told that our tickets had already been scanned in.
'They were basically telling us the seats we had booked already had other people in them.
'It took us a whole hour before someone managed to switch us over to paper tickets due to the issues the digital ones had scanning.

Swift left fans concerned after appearing to nurse a cold during her first show in Singapore
'But the seats we were given were rubbish, which was really really upsetting.'
Jessica has been a fan of Taylor Swift since her very first tour, which she attended in Manchester in 2009.
She has also seen her on her 2011 world tour and again in Edinburgh last week.
Jessica said: 'I was obviously gutted, but I had seen Taylor on this tour already so it was worse for people who hadn't seen her at all.
'Everyone was really upset, especially young kids with their parents who were really looking forward to it.'
She contacted Ticketmaster to complain and hopefully get a refund: 'A full refund would be ideal, but I've not got high hopes,' she said.
'I have since spoken to someone on TikTok who coincidently was reallocated to the original seat that I had purchased.
'So I have proof that my original seat was empty the whole time.
'I don't know why someone couldn't have gone and checked if our seats were empty rather than just listening to the system that clearly wasn't working.
'I missed a third of the concert and was reassigned to worse seats because Ticketmaster's systems made a huge error. They need to be held accountable for that.'
She posted a video to her TikTok, which quickly amassed over 40,000 views.
Speaking to the camera she said: 'Just outside of the stadium and we're not being let in because apparently Ticketmaster have sold double tickets. Anybody else with the same problem? Not good Ticketmaster, not good. '

She added: 'We've missed a lot of the first songs and there's a lot of people ahead of us who've got the same issue who are crying right now. It is not good. What a joke.'
Dressed in a colourful getup, fan Jessica could be seen outside the stadium with a large crowd behind and around her, showing viewers that she wasn't the only one in that situation.
Over the top of her video she write the words: 'Not being let in as Ticketmaster have royally messed up...'
In her comment section Jessica reiterated the seriousness of the situation saying: 'It was seeing the kids crying...it was utterly heartbreaking!'
Fellow Taylor Swift supporters advised her to log back in and out again, but she gave her followers an update saying: 'Our seats had gone! They've totally double up on sales'.
One user said: 'I was outside the stadium watching this happen. Honestly I'm so sorry this happened to u!'
Streams of followers commented underneath the video saying how the same things seemed to be happening to them: 'So I have 4 tickets and on my app 2 of those have the same seat number?'
'We had this issue. It said I had 8 tickets but only had 4 and one was already used!' before adding: 'Luckily they let us in'.
Another said: 'I think it's a problem with Ticketmaster right now. There are some of my events showing up as double tickets also. I'm so sorry this happened to you, I hope they make it up big time.'

This wasn't the only issue to plague the gig, as last night TikTok users also took to the platform to show off their bad views of the stage.
On Thursday, a fan was left reeling after being sold £660 VIP tickets but was left with a 'restricted view'.
The attendee also posted a video to TikTok, panned the camera around the stadium, showing viewers what she could see, which was mainly a large tent and technical equipment blocking the stage.
The video quickly amassed over half a million views but the superfan was eventually moved to some press area seats.
At the gig, Taylor, 34, hailed the commitment of thousands of fans who braved the rain to watch her perform the first of three gigs at Anfield Stadium for the 100th show of her Eras Tour.
