The Anti-Claus: Shocking moment white-bearded Santa lookalike steals Amazon parcel left behind homeowner's bin and stuffs it into his sack

Shocking doorbell footage captured the moment a Santa lookalike was caught stealing a package from behind a bin and putting it into his sack.

The video, which has been shared on social media, shows the man sneaking through an open gate to grab the Amazon parcel that had been left by the side of the owner's bin.

The man can then be seen looking around before putting the package into his bag and making a swift exit.

It comes on the run up to Christmas when people across the country are ordering their presents online to be delivered before the 25th. 

The incident took place in the town of Baildon in West Yorkshire on Wednesday.

West Yorkshire Police say they are investigating the theft and appealed for anyone who recognises the man to come forward.
