Tiger Woods has returned to Kentucky and the Valhalla Golf Club for his second major of the year in the PGA Championship.
Woods has started his practice round about the links in Louisville with an outside hope at winning a 16th major championship.
He was seen teeing off on the 10th hole and taking multiple chip shots on that green in the hopes of getting better acquainted with a course that he already knows.
It was at this course in 2000 that Woods continued his pursuit of what became known as the 'Tiger Slam'.
When Valhalla hosted the PGA Championship back in that year, Woods had already won the US Open at Pebble Beach and The Open Championship at St. Andrews in Scotland.

It was at Valhalla in 2000 where Woods won the third leg of his famous 'Tiger Slam'
Woods, who at that point had four majors to his name (including a career grand slam), was looking to add yet another under his belt.
He looked primed to do so from the beginning - holding at least a share of the lead at the end of all four rounds.
But on the final day, he would need to win a three-hole playoff against Bob May to defend the Wannamaker Trophy.
After birdieing the first hole, Woods parred the final two holes to win by a single stroke and kept alive what would go on to be known as the 'Tiger Slam'.
He'd cap off the accomplishment of winning four majors in a row at the 2001 Masters the following spring.
Woods will hope to find a way to rebound from his poor performance at this year's Masters.
He made the cut, but finished last among those that played all four rounds - carding a horrendous 16-over par.
Pairings and tee times for Thursday's first round have yet to be released.
