Tom Brady is putting one of his seven Super Bowl rings on the line, possibly giving it away to NFL rookie star C.J. Stroud, but only on the condition that Ohio State beats Michigan in this weekend's college football rivalry game.

Stroud, who won the Big Ten's Offensive Player and Quarterback of the Year awards twice in his three seasons on the Buckeyes, before excelling for the Houston Texans this season since being drafted in April, appeared on Brady's Lets Go! podcast this week when the 45-year-old made the audacious bet.

'If Ohio State wins...you get one of my Super Bowl rings,' said Brady, who played for Michigan for four years between 1996 and 1996, as a joke. He's 1-1 against Ohio State, while Stroud is 0-2 against the Wolverines.

'And if Michigan beats Ohio State, then you've got to give me all your youth, your agility, your time in the 40 (yard dash) and all your future years in the NFL. How about that?'

'That's a bet,' Stroud replied.

Ohio State has one more obstacle before its showdown at Michigan on November 25 - the No. 2 Buckeyes will host banged up Minnesota on Saturday in Columbus.

The Buckeyes (10-0, 7-0 Big Ten) fell one spot in the College Football Playoff rankings released on Tuesday after holding the top spot the first two weeks. Georgia is ranked first, Michigan third.

The winner of the game between the Wolverines and Buckeyes will advance to the Big Ten championship game.

Michigan against Ohio State's one of the most heated college football rivalries in all of America

Ohio State will turn to wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. to lead them to victory once again. Against Michigan State, the 21-year-old had a 19-yard run for his first career rushing touchdown and caught seven passes for 149 yards and two touchdowns despite being pulled along with several other starters after the first series of the third quarter. The Buckeyes won the matchup, 38-3.

Harrison is second nationally with 12 receiving TDs and seventh with 1,063 receiving yards. He is a contender for this year's Heisman Trophy.

Michigan (10-0, 7-0 Big Ten) will vie for win No. 1,000 against Maryland before facing Ohio State. The Wolverines are under investigation from the NCAA for sign-stealing while making a serious run for a College Football playoff berth.
