Another packed weekend of Premier League and European football is in the books and there's plenty of transfer gossip swirling around as a new week kicks off.

Manchester City are reportedly in pole position to sign teenager Argentine sensation Claudio Echeverri, who has drawn comparisons to Lionel Messi despite playing just four games for River Plate.

Across Manchester, Erik ten Hag remains keen to sign Jean-Clair Todibo to bolster his defensive options, while Juventus could offer two United outcasts a way out of Old Trafford in January.


Elsewhere, the Serie A giants are also keeping tabs on two Premier League midfielders and there is a significant update on Joao Felix's future after he scored the winner for Barcelona against Atletico Madrid

Manchester City are leading the race to sign Argentine teenager Claudio Echeverri, who has already been dubbed 'the next Lionel Messi' after starring at the Under-17 World Cup. The River Plate starlet has attracted interest from Real Madrid, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, AC Milan and Inter Milan. (The Mirror

Juventus could offer Jadon Sancho and Donny van de Beek a way out of Manchester United this winter. The pair have long been frozen out by Erik ten Hag and could be available for just £26million next month. (The Sun)

Manchester United have been linked with a move for Bayern Munich striker Thomas Muller. The 34-year-old has started just four of his 12 Bundesliga appearances this season and has been urged by Germany great Lothar Matthaus to look for regular football away from the Allianz Arena. (The Sun).
