Bill Foley: 'I believe Dom will be here next year'

Bournemouth owner, Bill Foley, speaking to BBC Sport on Dominic Solanke:

I believe Dom is going to be with us this coming year. He has a release clause, which is very expensive. We shouldn't reveal anything about the contract but that area [reported £65m] sounds roughly correct. I guess if someone comes for him, we are going to have to replace him.
We have two or three candidates that we have lined up. But I believe Dom will be here next year and I believe he is going to score 21 or 22 goals.

What next for Dom Solanke?

I bet that sub-heading has given Bournemouth fans a scare.

Well, don't worry Cherries faithful, Dom Solanke has not gone anywhere... yet.

It's not to say he won't, Solanke netted 19 Premier League goals last term - that's bound to attract the attention of top clubs.

But will that interest turn to fruition?

I'm sure that if a 'Big Six' Premier League club came in for Solanke, the striker would be interested in the move.

Whether that will happen, who knows...

Is this the right time for KDB to go?

I think this is a very fair question to ask.

Kevin de Bruyne showed last year just how important he is to Manchester City.

His return from injury in January spelled the start of their revival in the Premier League title race.

They didn't lose in the league after he returned.

But De Bruyne is now 33 years old, at some point City will have to look at replacing him.

Players like to have fresh challenges from time to time and De Bruyne has been at City for eight years now.

Maybe it's the right time to part ways.

De Bruyne 'AGREES personal terms to join Al-Ittihad'

Want to know why Man City are in for Eberechi Eze?

Well, here is your answer...

A monster story came to the forefront over the weekend as it was reported that Kevin de Bruyne has agreed personal terms with Al-Ittihad.

It would be a major coup for the Suadi Pro League and a massive loss to the Premier League.

Will a deal be completed, though?

Is Eze a good replacement for KDB?

If Kevin de Bruyne leaves Manchester City, he will leave a major gap to fill.

Could Eberechi Eze be the man to slip in there?

He may be a very different player to De Bruyne, but Pep Guardiola always likes his teams to evolve.

His dribbling, creativity, and finishing are all attributes that would aid City in their quest for another Premier League title.

Personally, I think it would be a great coup for the Citizens.

Man City 'join the race for Eze'

Go big or go home, right?

Manchester City are always brilliant with their summer business, and if they pull this one off then wow.

Pep Guardiola's side a reportedly interested in Crystal Palace's Eberechi Eze, who had a superb 2023-24 campaign.

He won't come cheap, though...
