Travis Kelce had a poor game by his lofty standards on Monday vs. the Eagles, and Chris 'Mad Dog' Russo believes his bye week trip to Argentina was ill-advised.
A week after traveling to South America to see girlfriend Taylor Swift perform, Kelce posted seven catches for 44 yards in a 21-17 loss to Philly.
And Russo believes he should've spent his bye week in a more low-key manner, as he chastised the tight end Wednesday on First Take.
'How about Travis Kelce? You're going to Argentina — during your bye week!' he said. 'It's 5,600 miles away from Kansas City. And then he goes out there on Monday night, he drops a huge pass on fourth-and-2, he commits a hold and he fumbles!
'You're bouncing around the world with Taylor Swift, I mean my god, you're a football player. You should be at workouts and practicing.
Chris 'Mad Dog' Russo did not agree with Travis Kelce's decision to go to Argentina last week

'Swift in February, fine,' he added. 'Not in November!'
With his Chiefs off in Week 10, Kelce saw Swift perform in Buenos Aires on November 11, as he was pictured next to the star's dad during the show.
Swift then ran over to her beau after her performance had finished, with the couple sharing a kiss.
Russo's rant comes the same day as Jon 'Stugotz' Weiner warned Kelce that Chiefs fans would soon turn on the tight end.
'I've got a message for Travis Kelce, Dan, because he's a friend of mine and I am telling you right now, he doesn't know this is about to happen but it is about to happen,' Weiner said on the Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz.
'They lose more games, he has a drop, he has a big fumble in that game and a big turnover. Chiefs fans are going to start doubting Travis Kelce.
'Back to Travis - I'm telling you it is coming. Chiefs fans are going to come down on him on Sports radio because he is not as focused as years past. He's one of the leaders of the team, one of the captains of the team, everyone is going criticize him and say you have lost your focus.'
Kelce and the Chiefs will hope to get back in the win column this Sunday vs. the Raiders.
