Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence is in the league's concussion protocol following a 23-7 loss to Baltimore on Sunday Night Football.
Lawrence did not miss a single offensive snap for his team and only entered the protocol after being evaluated by team health officials.
Head coach Doug Pederson announced the revelation after the conclusion of the game - saying he believed that Lawrence got injured on one of the three scrambles he had on the final drive.
Pederson added that he wasn't sure which rush may have resulted in the protocol being enacted.
It's put the Jaguars into a bit of a bind as Lawrence's status for next Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is unclear.

Lawrence has played every game for the Jaguars since he was drafted in 2021
If Lawrence is unable to go, veteran backup C.J. Beathard would start in his place.
Lawrence has played in every single game for the Jaguars since he was drafted back in 2021 with the first overall pick.
Last night, he completed 25-of-43 passes for 264 yards and a touchdown. However, he also lost two fumbles that Baltimore got ten points from.
The loss meant that Baltimore clinched a playoff berth thanks to a dominant performance from Lamar Jackson.
Jacksonville now falls out of the drivers seat in the AFC South - sitting tied with the Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans at 8-6 for control of the division.
If Lawrence is out for Sunday's Week 16 matchup, the task of re-claiming that top spot will be all the more harder a task.
