Donald Trump declared November 5 will be 'Christian Visibility Day' and slammed President Biden over Transgender Day of Visibility falling on the same date as Easter this year during a boisterous rally in Green Bay.

The ex-president returned to Wisconsin for the first time since 2022 for the campaign event as voters in the battleground state headed to the polls to cast ballots on Tuesday.

'And what the hell was Biden thinking when he declared Easter Sunday to be Trans Visibility Day?' Trump asked the crowd as supporters booed.

The former president called it 'such total disrespect to Christians.'

'November 5 is going to be called something else,' Trump said. 'You know what it's going to be called? Christian Visibility Day, when Christians turn out in numbers that nobody has ever seen before.'

'Let's call it Christian Visibility Day,' he said.

Trump blasted Biden after Transgender Day of Visibility, which has been March 31 since 2009, happened to fall on Easter Sunday this year.

Biden's acknowledgement of the day received fierce backlash from conservatives

Biden was the first American president to issue a formal proclamation recognizing the Transgender Day of Visibility in 2021. But with it falling on Easter during its 15th year, Republicans were in an uproar over the proclamation.

On Sunday, Biden said 'Easter reminds us of the power of hope and the promise of Christ’s resurrection.'

But that did not stop conservatives from harsh condemnation. The Trump campaign called the proclamation 'appalling and insulting' and called on Biden, who is catholic, to apologize to Catholics and Christians across the country.

The White House has pushed back on the flurry of criticism this week calling it 'cruel, hateful and dishonest rhetoric.'

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre defended the proclamation for Transgender Day of Visibility which has been March 31 since 2009 after it fell on Easter Sunday this year, sparking criticism from conservatives

It comes after Trump also received backlash from some Democrats and religious leaders in recent days after announcing on social media he was selling $60 Bibles.

During the wild rally on Tuesday, Trump, 77, also went after his Democratic political opponent, 81, over multiple issues from immigration to the economy, even golf.

'His biggest lie of all - you ever see him seeing a golf club?' Trump asked the crowd before hunching over 'he's like this.'

Trump accused Biden of saying he was a six handicap, 'he's not a six handicap! He's not a 36 handicap,' Trump said.

It was one of several moments throughout the night where the ex-president mocked Biden who he will face off against in November for a second time.

At another point, he taunted Biden with an empty lectern challenging the president to debate him 'anytime, anyplace' after Trump skipped every single debate of the Republican primary season.

Biden won Wisconsin in 2020 by just over 20,000 votes. The race in the midwest battleground state appears to be close for the rematch.

The latest Bloomberg/Morning Consult poll from mid-March had Biden leading in the state by one point with about seven months until Election Day. An Emerson poll released around the same time had Trump up by four points in Wisconsin.
