Three people were found fatally stabbed in a Queens home Tuesday morning, and a person of interest is currently being questioned by law enforcement after turning himself him in.

The triple murder happened in the St. Albans section of the borough just before 7am, at a home on Milburn Street near 122nd Avenue, police said. 

The man in custody then turned himself to the 113th Precinct about 7am, and told officers he had killed his roommates.

Footage from this morning showed lawmen gathered in the domicile's backyard around 8:05am, probing the crime they said happened less than an hour before.

Few details have been provided, aside that the three victims were two women and a man, and that were all pronounced dead at the scene. As of 9am, a large police presence remained in the area, and several new helicopters were at the scene. 

An investigation is currently underway.

Few details have been provided about the triple stabbing, aside aside that the three stabbed - a man and two women - were all pronounced dead at the scene, and that the man in custody turned himself to the 113th Precinct sometime this morning

'I stabbed my roommates,' sources familiar with the matter told amNewYork Metro of what the man said when he turned himself in, to a precinct set about a mile away from the murders.

Police said they initially responded to the scene around 7:16am, after receiving an unspecified report of an incident inside 122-39 Milburn St - the home where the victims were found.

It remains unclear if officers were tipped off by the unnamed and currently incarcerated person of interest, who showed up at the precinct roughly 15 minutes before.

Once inside the three-bed, two-bath house, they found the three victims, who were reportedly alive but succumbed to their wounds. Officers said all had sustained 'multiple' stab wounds, and died before being brought to an area hospital.

It is currently unclear whether they all lived at the residence, though insiders told the Daily News that they did. As of 9:45am, the person in custody had yet to be charged, and was still being questioned by law enforcement.

Now facing charges that are pending, he has yet to be named. There has been no word on possible motive, and n one involved have been identified. Police Tuesday morning said they were still working to identify the deceased.

They also said they canvassing hospitals citywide for possible additional victims.

Three hours after the fatal stabbing took place, cops continued to survey the bloody scene.
