The par-3 12th hole during the opening round of the US Women's Open proved so difficult that Rachel Rohanna had found time to change her daughter's diapers.

The challenging hole at Lancaster Country Club led to wait times on the tee that lasted between 45-50 minutes.

With four groups waiting to tee, Rohanna found time to check in on her family and help with an accident involving her eight-month-old daughter, Greenlee Kay.

'I was talking to my husband and looked down and happened to see that my youngest was just – went to the bathroom all over the place,' Rohanna said.

'I was like, 'Ethan!' So I brought them inside the ropes, and we went into a roped-off area and changed her. It was a two-man effort to get that taken care of.'

The wait 45-50 minute wait to tee for the par-3 hole gave Rohanna time to see her family

After aiding her daughter, Rohanna went on to par the hole, which played to an average of 3.8 in the opening round. However, world No. 1 Nelly Korda made a 10 on the hole.

Rohanna holds LPGA status but primarily plays on the Epson Tour. Her family heroics did not prevent her from shooting 76 in the opening round.

Rohanna is the only player on the field local to the Keystone State, residing on a cattle ranch in Waynesburg.

After winning her first Epson Tour title in 2015, Rohanna memorably bought a heifer to celebrate the victory.

Rohanna is a mother of two and welcomed her first daughter, Gemelia Grace, on June 12, 2018. The golfer is married to Ethan Virgili, who owns a cattle farm, ERV Cattle, in Green County, Pennsylvania.
