A motorist who plowed into 20 cyclists killing two of them filmed himself sobbing in a bizarre video just moments after the crash.
Pedro Quintana-Lujan is facing 11 misdemeanor charges over the collision in February last year.
He told police his steering wheel locked moments before the impact on Cotton Lane bridge in Goodyear, Arizona.
The smash killed cyclists David Kero, 65, and Karen Malisa, 61, and left many more injured.
Now video has emerged of Quintana-Lujan filming himself seconds after the crash and telling his wife, 'I killed somebody'.

The clip obtained by ABC15, which appears to be intended for his wife, shows the driver struggling to talk between sobs.
'Babe, I'm scared, babe. I hit a lot of people, babe,' he says. 'Babe, I killed somebody, babe.'
He then pans the camera to reveal the mangled mass of bikes in the road.
A National Transportation Safety Board investigation indicated that Quintana-Lujan made two calls after the crash, one to his wife and one to his dad.
A 911 call was not detailed among the initial phone calls, per the report. The emergency services received calls from a bystander and three of the victims.
It also stated that Quintana-Lujan had consumed alcohol and marijuana the night before but was not deemed to be under the influence.
Survivor Clay Wells was among the most severally injured and underwent an intensive rehab process to get back on his feet.

He said he believes the Maricopa County Attorney's office has failed victims in his approach to prosecuting Quintana-Lujan.
'If you read the NTSB report, I don't understand how there is any way possible you could not argue, at least to a presiding judge, to go forward that you couldn't prove recklessness, especially those video links… of him getting on his phone, Snapchatting,' he said.
County Attorney Rachel Mitchell previously stated that a lack of evidence means she will not be pursuing felony charges.
'It's a collision where we cannot show with the evidence that there was a conscious disregard of a risk that this individual made.'
