Brittany Cartwright has gone through a secret cosmetic procedure.
The 35-year-old star of Bravo's The Valley told DailyMail.com exclusively she had a two hour AirSculpt session - which removes fat and tightens skin - in May so she could feel good about her body for the summer.
The work was done three months before filing for divorce from 45-year-old Jax Taylor, whom she has worked with on Vanderpump Rules and now The Valley.
And the reality TV sensation is 'thrilled' with the move that has boosted her confidence after a very tough year.
'I am feeling great these days after getting AirSculpt,' she told DailyMail.com as she could be seen showing off her slender frame in new images.
'Yeah, you can say I wanted a revenge body. I wanted to look good after everything I’ve been through this year. I want to look my very best. I wanted to get my sparkle back.'

Being newly single is a big adjustment for her.
'I’m working on myself because I need to heal. To be honest with you I thought I would be with Jax forever so this is so new for me. It is taking some time to heal and move on,' she told DailyMail.com.
Seven months after their separation, Brittany filed for divorce from Jax in August 2024. Citing 'irreconcilable differences', she requested primary legal and physical custody of their son Cruz, 3, and for Jax to be granted child visitation.
She did the session over Memorial Day weekend because she wanted to 'feel great about my body.'
Cartwright said: 'I wasn’t really nervous about it, but I was worried about being awake during the session. However, I played music like Miranda Lambert and the doctor was so nice to work with. He made me feel safe and comfortable.'
The session was less than two hours long.
'I opted for the AirSculpt + session which worked on my tummy. The work was done on my stomach. I wanted some help with contouring on my lower abdomen because after I had, my son Cruz, my stomach was just never the same. Now I am smaller and I feel great about it.
'It was one session I call it "one and done" because not only did it take out fat, but it also tightened my skin at the same time. It is not like traditional liposuction it’s different - it's body sculpting.'
And she chose to do AirSculpt because 'it’s a lot easier than a tummy tuck.' Also her pal Kristen Doute, 41, also did it.

'The recovery time is about six months,' she added.
'After I got the session done, I went to dinner that night. I didn’t feel bad. Didn’t need to lie down. It just felt like I had a really hard workout the day before because I was sore here and there.
'You need to wear for two days afterwards then you need to wear something. It looks like Spanx for six weeks to keep everything tight.
'AirSculpt is a next-generation body contouring treatment designed to optimize both comfort and precision. This minimally invasive treatment permanently removes fat and tightens skin while sculpting targeted areas of the body,' a press release shared.
'Designed by Aaron Rollins, M.D., founder of AirSculpt Technologies and cosmetic specialist, the patented technology ensures dramatic results are achieved with minimal pain by plucking away fat, cell-by-cell, without leaving an obvious scar.
'AirSculpt is different from traditional cosmetic procedures, including liposuction or fat freezing, and it offers advantages other treatments may not be able to provide.

'It is just one procedure: With traditional fat freezing and other body contouring procedures, patients need multiple sessions, and results are not always permanent or guaranteed. With AirSculpt, the technology gently removes fat permanently with a single treatment that patients receive while entirely awake.'
Brittany filed for a divorce in August shortly after Jax left a treatment facility.
Jax subsequently admitted that he doesn't blame Brittany for seeking a divorce.
He said on the When Reality Hits podcast: 'Unfortunately, she's had enough. And I don't blame her at all. I mean, I can't believe she's been with me this long as it is. That we stayed, to be honest.'

Despite this, Jax was still caught off-guard when Brittany decided to leave him.
The reality star said: 'When she decided to leave, I was kind of in shock. I shouldn't have been in shock, but I was in shock.'
Jax conceded that he's been through a 'really, really rough' time since his split from Brittany.
He added: 'Anyone that has gone through a divorce will understand how difficult this is.'
WHAT IS AIRSCULPT?
'AirSculpt is a next-generation body contouring treatment designed to optimize both comfort and precision. This minimally invasive treatment permanently removes fat and tightens skin while sculpting targeted areas of the body.
'Designed by Aaron Rollins, M.D., founder of AirSculpt Technologies and cosmetic specialist, the patented technology ensures dramatic results are achieved with minimal pain by plucking away fat, cell-by-cell, without leaving an obvious scar.
'AirSculpt is different from traditional cosmetic procedures, including liposuction or fat freezing, and it offers advantages other treatments may not be able to provide:
'Just One Procedure: With traditional fat freezing and other body contouring procedures, patients need multiple sessions, and results are not always permanent or guaranteed. With AirSculpt®, our patented technology gently removes fat permanently with a single treatment that patients receive while entirely awake.
'Quality Precision: Traditional liposuction uses outdated, manual tools to remove fat abrasively. AirSculpt by contrast, uses minimally invasive, automated technology that plucks fat cells one by one, allowing for precise results. AirSculpt can target areas anywhere from chin to ankles, unlike fat freezing treatments that offer limited treatment areas.
'Natural-Looking Results: AirSculpt reveals your body’s natural contours by delicately targeting just the pockets of fat that patients want gone forever. The procedure removes fat through a freckle-sized hole while leaving the treated area's skin tighter, with no lumps or ridges for a natural, desired outcome.
'Natural Fat Transfer: Fat transfers using traditional liposuction are abrasive, less precise, and involve general anesthesia with lengthy downtime. The power-automated technology behind AirSculpt ensures perfectly symmetrical results are achieved every time and can be performed during same-day treatment with minimal downtime.
Less Downtime, Faster Recovery: With AirSculpt, patients enjoy the benefits of superior results delivered with no needles, scalpels, or stitches for minimal pain and a smaller downtime window, typically lasting 1-2 days. Patients who opt to also have a fat transfer can still expect to go back to work as soon as the next day.
About AirSculpt®: AirSculpt® Advantages:
'In lieu of the scalpel and surgical incision traditionally used in liposuction procedures, the AirSculpt® process enters delicately and relies on our patented spinning technology to gently pluck out fat cells through an entry site smaller than a pencil eraser placed in easily concealed skin folds and creases.
'Our proprietary fat removal process uses industry-accepted, FDA-approved tools to grab, separate, and remove fat cells. The patented AirSculpt® cannula is inserted into the opening, initiating the fat removal process. Using the patented cannula is less invasive than traditional liposuction. Liposuction tends to grate the fat from the body, while AirSculpt® plucks the fat cells with ease with a motion that many compare to feeling like a deep tissue massage.
'Once all fat has been extracted, the initial opening is naturally left to heal. Entry points typically resemble a mere freckle-sized mark, if they form at all.
'AirSculpt technology contours the body so gently that patients typically can get sculpted and return to work the very next day. While traditional liposuction takes about six months to heal, AirSculpt® produces results commonly seen within one to three months, with some seeing results immediately following their procedure.'
