EXCLUSIVE: Ivanka Trump channels Pamela Anderson in a red swimsuit and sarong while hosting friends on the dock at her newly-renovated $24 million Miami mansion

1 year ago 27

Ivanka Trump enjoyed Florida's balmy fall weather in a Baywatch-style red swimsuit on Sunday while hosting friends at her newly-renovated mansion on Indian Creek.

The former White House senior adviser paired her spaghetti-strap one-piece with a green and white geometric patterned sarong that she wore wrapped around her waist.

Ivanka, 42, was barefoot and smiling as she and her husband, Jared Kushner, 42, chatted with their pals on their dock overlooking Biscayne Bay, the same day she revealed on Instagram that her family adopted a new dog

The mother of three's long blonde hair was pulled back into a low ponytail, and she topped off her look with a pair of dark shades.

Ivanka and Jared were joined by another couple, but she appeared to be the only one who was wearing a swimsuit.

The woman she was talking to had on a pale yellow button-up shirt and pants, while the man next to her was wearing a maroon polo shirt, khaki shorts, and a baseball cap.

Jared matched their casual outfits in a white T-shirt and dark shorts, but all three of them were barefoot like Ivanka.

There were also about a dozen children milling around on the dock and sitting on the boat that was on the water.

Ivanka and Jared's three kids, Arabella, 12, Joseph, 10, and Theodore, 7, were presumably part of the group, which ranged from young children to tweens.

The former first daughter looked carefree and relaxed nearly two weeks after she appeared in court to testify in her father Donald Trump's civil fraud trial in New York.

While enjoying the end of her weekend, she also shared that she and her family have adopted a second dog, a German shepherd-Labrador mix named Simba.

The rescue joins their pet hamster, Chester, and their snow-white dog, Winter, who was gifted to Arabella on her eighth birthday in 2019.

Indian Creek Island is famously known as 'Billionaire Bunker' thanks to its mega-rich residents, which are a mix of celebrities and business moguls

The privately owned residential enclave has just 41 waterfront homes owned by 36 property owners, according to the village's website

Each mansion is built around the perimeter of the island to ensure that all residents have a waterfront view of Biscayne Bay

The island also has its own private 13-person police force for its roughly 85 residents and a 24-hour marine patrol to keep an eye on the water surrounding the village

Ivanka never disclosed Winter's breed, but many assumed she bought the dog and slammed her for 'shopping instead of adopting.'

Some critics also mocked her for getting an 'all-white' dog considering the accusations of racism that marked her father's presidency.

It seems that Ivanka was looking to avoid controversy when she explained that she had rescued Simba from a shelter.

She posted photos of Simba posing with her family, including Winter, as well as shots of their new hamster.

Ivanka's later mother, Ivana Trump, who died last year at age 73, was also an animal lover, and among the snapshots was a picture of Theodore and Simba sitting on a bench dedicated to the socialite.

Ivana devoted her time and resources to helping animals, and when she passed the Trump family requested that donations be made to the Big Dog Ranch Rescue in Florida, which is the same shelter Ivanka adopted Simba from.

Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, purchased their $24 million fixer-upper on Indian Creek Island in April 2021, shortly after they moved from Washington, D.C. to Miami

Billionaire Alex Meruelo and his wife, Liset Meruelo sold them the 1.3-acre estate, which was also previously owned by record producer Scott Storch from 2004 to 2008

The purchase came just seven months after they splurged $31.8 million on a two-acre lot on the island that was owned by singer Julio Iglesias

Ivanka and Jared spared no expense when they gutted and rebuilt the inside of the mansion, which boasts six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms

The family moved into the mansion this fall after spending nearly three years living at Arte Surfside, a luxury condominium building nestled between Miami Beach and Bal Harbor

'This little warrior puppy was found abandoned and emaciated alongside a highway in Alabama. Simba joins Winter, and Chester, another furry friend who recently joined the family. Welcome to the crew, Simba!' she captioned the post.

She also shared a list of 'amazing' shelters and rescues for others who are considering adopting a pet.
