The daughter of Donald Trump nemesis Fani Willis poses glumly for her jail mugshot after being locked up for allegedly driving with a suspended license.
Kinaya Willis, 25 – whose mom is spearheading a criminal election interference case against former the former president – was arrested in Tyrone, Georgia on August 24.
An incident report obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com reveals Kinaya – who is pregnant – was pulled over because cops spotted her using a cellphone while driving her 2010 Nissan Altima.
She 'stated that the reason for her using her cell phone while operating the vehicle was due to her mother calling her related to her pregnancy,' the report states.

The Texas Southern University student told an officer from the Tyrone Police Department she was 'unaware' her license was revoked on May 13 for the same offense, driving while suspended.
Kinaya was then searched, handcuffed at the side of the highway, and taken to the Fayette County Jail on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a revoked or suspended license.
'Willis's mother later arrived on scene to take possession of her vehicle,' the report adds.
A booking photo obtained by DailyMail.com shows Kinaya looking drained and dejected as she arrived at the 554-bed lockup, 30 minutes south of Atlanta.
She was subsequently released and ordered to attend the Town of Tyrone Municipal Court for an October 24 arraignment, according to public records.
The punishment for driving on a suspended license in Georgia is a minimum of two days in jail, a fine of at least $500 and a six-month extension of the suspension.
If Kinaya is found guilty of a second offense the penalties escalate to at least 10 days in jail and a fine of between $1,000 and $2,500.
Reached for comment about Kinaya's arrest, Willis immediately hung up on a DailyMail.com reporter. Kinaya did not respond to a message asking for comment.
Her arrest will come as a fresh blow to Willis, Fulton County's celebrated Democrat District Attorney who shot to prominence after charging Trump with election interference only to find the case embroiled in controversy.
She secured a grand jury indictment against Trump and 18 others in August of last year, alleging that they broke Georgia's anti-racketeering law by trying to overturn the Peach State's general election results.

Trump's arrest on 41 criminal counts memorably led to the first ever mugshot of a former US President being released to the public.
It was a fourth arrest in five months in various federal and state criminal cases for Trump, who narrowly lost Georgia to Joe Biden in 2020.
Four of the 18 accused pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges but the case is unlikely to proceed further before November's election after a series of legal setbacks.
Willis was faced with a legal battle of her own months later when former White House aide Mike Roman alleged in a January court filing that the 52-year-old had improperly engaged in a romantic affair with Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor lawyer she put in charge.
Roman's lawyers argued that the DA had benefited financially because her lover used his earnings to take her on vacations. Willis admitted the relationship but denied wrongdoing and insisted the pair had split the costs.
Judge Scott McAfee blasted the 'tremendous lapse in judgment' but declined to remove Willis from the case after Wade agreed to resign.
Trump and others have appealed, however, and the Georgia Court of Appeals won't hear arguments until December, leaving the case in limbo until voters have elected either Trump or Kamala Harris to the Oval Office.
At a May 2024 Fulton County police event Willis teared up as she thanked officers for keeping her safe amid a barrage of threats directed at her and her family.
These included a 'swatting' incident in which someone called the police to falsely report that there had been a murder in her home, she said.
'The last couple of years have been really hard for me. But what's kept me safe is this police department,' Willis added, according to WSB-TV Atlanta.
Her ex-husband Fred Willis also told the same station in March that his family had suffered in the glare of the Trump case.

Willis, who divorced his ex-wife 19 years ago, didn't name Kinaya but complained that a lawyer had falsely suggested during court proceedings that one of his two daughters had 'flunked out of FAMU (Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University) and moved to California'.
'She did not flunk out of school. She left school when COVID hit and went back home,' Fred insisted.
'Then she took some classes in metro and ended up transferring to Texas Southern University where she just graduated with a 3.3. And she is on her way to law school now.'
Social media pages confirm Kinaya attended FAMU from 2017 to 2020, the year before her mom was elected District Attorney for Fulton County, defeating Paul Howard Jr., a six-term incumbent and her former boss.
During her time as a senior and journalism major there, she interviewed her mother about 'millennial justice issues and the importance of women role models in the criminal justice system', according to a Facebook post.
'Kinaya will also discuss with Ms. Willis how she has handled juggling motherhood and public service, and why the decision to run for Fulton County District Attorney,' the post added.
