A Florida woman caught shoplifting over $1,000 worth of Walmart merchandise told cops she was just playing a 'game' as she giggled saying 'it was really fun.'
Amber McCann, 30, was arrested by police at a Walmart store in Palm Coast, Florida on Monday, March 25, after walking out with a cart of stolen items worth $1,030.

'A cart? Yeah, that's me,' McCann replied to the office nonchalantly.
McCann explained that she was playing a game called '21', which involves grabbing as much merchandise as possible and leaving without paying, attempting not to get caught.

'It was a game I was playing,' she said. 'It's really, really fun!'
'Well it's not a game, it's theft,' a police officer told her. 'Okay, going to jail is fun.'
'I suppose. Am I going to jail?' she asked the officer.
'We will see how much stuff you took,' the officer replied.
'It's a lot of sh**,' McCann responded while laughing.

Initially, McCann claimed she placed the stolen items in a random car and left upon spotting police in the area.
However, she later admitted the car belonged to her boyfriend, but claimed he knew nothing about the illegal activities she engaged in.
'I thought you said it was a random car,' one officer said.
'Yeah I know, I lied to you,' McCann replied.
'My boyfriend doesn't know that I steal. And he doesn't know that I put all this sh** in the car, neither,' McCann said. 'So I'm going to be really in trouble with him, but that's the thing.'
