Glen Powell couldn't stop gushing over his Anyone But You costar Sydney Sweeney during a join interview on the Today show - and even claimed the pair 'love each other' as he was probed on the persistent speculation over their relationship.
Glen, 35, stars alongside the Euphoria actress, 26, in the upcoming romcom, and their undisputable chemistry has been the hot topic of conversation since filming kicked off at the start of the year.
But despite professing his love for the Australian actress - Glen denied any talk of a romance on Monday's show after host Hoda Kotb, 59, asked: 'Is this like a little romance?'
Glen and Sydney started giggling, before Glen replied: 'No, but we do love each other. And, honestly, this is one of the most spectacular humans I've ever met. She's really great.'
Glen Powell, 35, shot down speculation that he's romantically involved with Sydney Sweeney, 26
Hoda cooed at Glen's admission, and replied: 'Aw, well ya'll are so cute together.'
Rumors about Glen and Sydney's relationship began to stir at the beginning of the year during filming, and quickly gained traction after Glen quietly split with his model girlfriend Gigi Paris in April.
Sydney, who is engaged to Jonathan Davino, 40, shot down the rumors during a tell-all interview with Variety in August.
'It's a rom-com. That's what people want,' she said.
'Glen and I don't really care. We have so much fun together, and we respect each other so much; he's such a hard worker, and I'm a hard worker.
'We're excited for the press tour, and I literally just left ADR with him. We talk all the time like.'
Her comments came as a member of production working on the film claimed that a number of people on the set 'thought they were already a couple.'
'I knew him from Top Gun,' they said. 'But I just assumed they were a couple in real life. That's what it looked like to most of us. And to some of the extras as well.'

Rumors had been swirling over whether Glen and Sydney are more than just friends
Sydney previously shut down rumors of an on-set romance, revealing that she and Glen 'really don't care'
Sydney was last week pictured getting ready to leave Australia with her fiancé after filming the thriller Eden in Brisbane.
She and her husband-to-be were seen packing on the PDA as they strolled through the Gold Coast Airport to catch a flight back to US for the holidays.
Elsewhere, Sydney also revealed that she was bitten by a huntsman spider while filming Anyone But You.
The terrifying ordeal took place while she was shooting a scene in which Glen finds a real spider on his pants, which causes them both to freak out.
Unpacking the moment, Sydney revealed: 'Well, the spider actually bit me in the middle of the scene, but nobody called cut because they thought I was just making a very dramatic interesting choice in the scene.
'And Glen was the only one who finally caught on. They thought I was acting, but it actually bit me. And Glen goes, "wait".'

Glen added: 'There is a different tone to her voice when she's actually being bit by a spider. But it was a huge huntsman spider.
'We thought it was really dramatic improv.'
Luckily, Sydney didn't need to take a trip to the emergency room and carried on with filming after taking a couple of meds.
Directed by Will Gluck, Anyone But You follows Glen and Sydney's Ben and Bea, who despise one another but keep finding themselves together while they vacation in Sydney.
Anyone But You is slated for release on December 22.
