Saltburn actor Barry Keoghan's dramatic change in appearance hasn't gone unnoticed, with plastic surgeons revealing the array of subtle treatments that could explain his increasingly 'snatched' look.
The 31-year-old, who is now set to join the cast of the sequel to Netflix’s Peaky Blinders movie, is known for his enviably chisled jaw and cheekbones.
However, pictures taken less than five years ago show a rounder, less defined face shape.
Aesthetic experts have speculated that the Dublin native is likely to have undergone a series of procedures including cheek fat removal, Botox, as well as jawline filler.

However they also say that simple weight loss could have also helped exacerbate the change.
Although the Dubliner has neither confirmed nor denied undergoing cosmetic treatments, plastic surgeon Dr Fuat Yuksel suspects he's had injections of Botox and filler.
'Looking at Barry’s face when he was younger, there seem to be hints of fine lines around the outer corners of his eyes,' said Dr Yuksel, who is based at London cosmetic treatments clinic Longevita and has over 30 years of experience in the field.
'But looking at it now, everything is smoothed out, which makes me think he had Botox for crow’s feet.
'He also he might be getting anti-wrinkle injections in his forehead too as it looks very crease free at the moment.'
Although the Dubliner (pictured in 2023) has neither confirmed nor denied getting plastic surgery or any other cosmetic treatments, there is a strong possibility of the actor getting Botox and fillers
Experts say the actor, pictured here in 2018, has had injections of Botulinum toxin (often just shortened to Botox) works by relaxing muscles in the face to smooth out lines and wrinkles
Doctors and social media users have also suggested the actor, pictured here in 2019, may have had filler which adds volume to the face and can be used to define the chin and jowl area, creating a better defined jawline
He also draws attention to the jawline and claims it is now a 'picture-perfect shape and defined, which was not the case five years ago.
'Previously, the jawline edges weren’t as sharp or projected, in fact, they had a softer and rounder feel to them, which is suggestive of dermal filler use,' he said.
Botulinum toxin (or Botox) works by relaxing muscles in the face to smooth out lines and wrinkles.
But when injected into the masseter muscle — a rectangular muscle in the face used for chewing — it makes the jaw appear slimmer.
Meanwhile, filler adds volume to the face and can be used to add defined lines around the chin and jowl area, creating a sharper jawline.
London-based aesthetic doctor Dr Jonny Betteridge, also pinpointed a few facial changes from changes to his cheeks, jawline, chin and lips
In the video which has gained 11.7K likes, Dr Betteridge claims that back in 2019 the actor had 'an oval face shape, less pronounced cheekbones, a sloping jawline and smaller lips'
One social media user @baileybotox, who has 11.3K followers on TikTok, shared a video showing before and after images of Keoghan's face.
In the video the Botox provider suggests he has had Botox in his forehead, filler and buccal fat removal — a procedure which involves removing fat from the cheeks.
In the caption she said: 'It appears he's had some targeted fat loss with buccal fat removal. His features are sharper now, especially his jawline and that is where I think his work is visible'.
She added: 'The combination of buccal fat removal with jawline sharpening filler has given him a more masculine look for his villain role.

However, she admits that his change in facial shape could also be down to weight loss.
She also suggested Botox has caused his eyebrows to lose their 'natural arch' and added that he may have had some 'refinement to his nasal tip.'

He posted a video on Instagram breaking down what may have contributed to the actors transformation.

But four years later in 2023 he appeared with 'more cheek and jawline projection, a wider chin and bigger, more plump lips.'
This has given Keoghan 'a more angular and more masculine look'.
