An illegal migrant allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl who was 'mentally incapacitated' in Alabama as the state's senator slams Biden for aiding the immigrants he refers to as 'monsters'.
Pablo Mendoza, 23, is being held without bond in the Coffee County Jail after police charged him with the rape of a 14-year-old girl.
The girl was unable to consent to sexual intercourse with Mendoza because she was 'physically helpless or mentally incapacitated' and under the legal age of consent, which is 16 in Alabama.
Mendoza is illegally living in the United States, according to Coffee County sheriff Scott Byrd, and will be deported back to his home country after his case is finished.
Alabama's Republican Senator, Tommy Tuberville, slammed Biden on X after the charges came to light.

'@JoeBiden is aiding and abetting these monsters #SayHerName,' Tuberville wrote
'This is Pablo Mendoza,' Tuberville posted, along with a mugshot of the alleged criminal.
'He is an illegal alien who was just arrested in South Alabama for raping a mentally incapacitated 14 year old girl,' the post continued.
'@JoeBiden is aiding and abetting these monsters #SayHerName,' Tuberville wrote.
The Alabama senator's criticism comes after a slew of recent crimes committed by illegal migrants.
In Georgia, 22-year-old Laken Riley was killed while jogging in a park on the University of Georgia campus on February 22.
