Jason Aldean and wife Brittany get VERY handsy at Disneyland in front of their kids

1 week ago 5

Jason Aldean and his wife, Brittany Kerr, were spotted getting very handsy and sharing a romantic kiss as they spent time at Disneyland with their children on Wednesday.

The Dirt Road Anthem hitmaker, 47 - who is known for his controversial song Try That In A Small Town - caught backlash in 2020 when he was blasted for not wearing a mask at Disney World amid the pandemic.

However, the performer defended both himself and his family while explaining they briefly removed the masks to take a photo together at the amusement park.

Aldean and Kerr, 36 - who tied the knot in 2015 - were also joined by their two children, Memphis, six, and Navy, five, at The Happiest Place on Earth.

The couple were spotted sharing affectionate moments during the outing, and at one point, Jason placed his hands on Brittany's lower waist as he strolled close behind her.

Kerr flashed a cheerful smile as they made their way through the crowds with the warm sun high in the sky.

And while holding a lighthearted conversation, the couple were spotted sweetly holding hands as Kerr held a big grin on her face.

Both the singers sipped on refreshing drinks to help keep them cool in the hot temperatures.

The lovebirds joined their kids on a few rides inside the park, such as the Storybook Canals and also visited Cars Land.

Aldean kept it casual during the relaxing, family outing by sporting of dark gray shorts as well as a short-sleeved, light gray shirt.

The star completed the ensemble with a pair of black sneakers and added a light gray cap on top of his head.

Brittany put on a stylish display wearing a fitted, lavender minidress that contained a hem that stopped inches above her knees.

Her blonde locks were parted to the side, and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in elegant waves.

Kerr opted for a pair of white sneakers to stay comfortable while walking through the large amusement park, and also donned a pair of oval-shaped sunglasses.

The family enjoyed spending quality time together and at one point, Aldean was seen pushing a large stroller while being led through the park.

Along with Memphis and Navy, Jason is also father to daughters Keeley, 21, and Kendyl, 17 - whom he shares with ex-wife, Jessica Aldean.

The country star is no stranger to stopping by The Happiest Place On Earth, and in 2022, Jason and his family ventured to Disney World together.

At the time, Aldean and Kerr also had a few moments of PDA and shared a kiss while posing for photos together.

He also previously visited the Florida amusement park back in 2020 - and faced backlash after sharing a photo on social media of him and his loved ones posing without masks.

Aldean, Brittany and his four children flashed smiles for the snap - but one fan wrote in the comment section, per Taste of Country, 'Wtf are your masks?'

'Everyone is required to wear them? WTH who do you think you are? I'll never buy your music ever!!!'

Jason replied, 'Chill out lady. They are in our pocket. We took them off for 5 seconds to take the pic. Believe me, Disney didn't give us a "free pass" not to wear them. We had them on all day just like everybody else.'

He later deleted the family picture from his account, as well as the comments.

Aldean and Brittany have also faced controversy over Kerr's stance on trans issues in schools.

Back in 2022, the songstress shared a video to Instagram while getting ready and stated, 'I'd really like to thank my parents for not changing my gender when I went through my tomboy phase. I love this girly life.'

However, she soon received backlash for the statement, and other country singers, such as Maren Morris, slammed Kerr.

Brittany soon explained that her words in the alleged transphobic Instagram reel had been 'twisted' and 'taken out of context.'

Soon after her Instagram video had been shared, Jason's publicity firm, The GreenRoom, dropped him after working together for 17 years.

Co-owner Tyne Parrish told Billboard at the time said the decision was 'difficult' and added, 'Music has always been and remains The GreenRoom's core focus, so we had to make the difficult decision after 17 years to step away from representing Jason.'

'We aren't the best people for the gig anymore, but will always be big fans of his music - he is one of the greatest live entertainers in country music.'

Earlier this month, Jason defended his wife and her stance when it comes to gender-affirming care for transgender youth during an interview on The Tucker Carlson Show.

Aldean explained that she is 'outspoken' and 'very firm in her beliefs.'

'And it's tough, man. You know, you're trying to raise kids,' he continued. 'We're just trying to raise kids in an era...We were talking about it earlier, you're trying to make things normal to me that aren't normal.'

In reference to the backlash Kerr has previously received, Jason said, 'And, I think when she said that, it’s just like there's a certain...I feel there are people that are going to take offense to everything these days, no matter what you say.'

'[Brittany] said that and people jumped all over that, but I mean, I agree with her,' the performer continued.

Jason explained, 'If you want to be trans or do those kinds of things, if you're an adult and can make those decisions and you're old enough to have the mentality to know what you're doing and know what that looks like for the rest of your life, that's one thing.'

He also talked about his friendship with Donald Trump and said, 'I kept in touch with him over the past few years, and try to see him when I can'

'If you're, as a kid, your parents are already instilling that in you and, like, all this stuff and allowing you to do those things before you are of age...'

He later added, 'I think if somebody wants to do that and they're old enough to make that decision, hey, it doesn't affect my life, whatever. But you can't try to make that normal to everybody.'

While also talking to Carlson, Aldean explained that he initially had 'no intentions of getting political' but explained his children and wife inspired him to focus more on politics.
