Meagan Good was seen clinging to her actor boyfriend Jonathan Majors in New York City - the day before his domestic violence trial is set to begin.

The Creed III actor faces four misdemeanor charges of harassment and assault after being arrested following the alleged domestic violence incident with his former partner, Grace Jabbari.

Majors and actress Good, 42, were first spotted together in Los Angeles back in April, just weeks after his arrest - and she has been by his side during his court hearings in Manhattan.

On Tuesday, the pair snuggled together on the sidewalk in the Big Apple, as Majors checked his phone. They were also seen eating in a restaurant beforehand.

Majors' criminal domestic violence trial is set to start on Wednesday, and a judge is expected to reveal if previously sealed evidence will be admitted into court.

The evidence is believed to be other women's testimonies about their alleged abusive relationships with Majors - which may be used to prove the defendant's conduct is 'inextricably interwoven with the charged acts,' reports Rolling Stone.

In June, the outlet reported that Majors physically and/or emotionally abused two previous romantic partners.

Following the alleged ordeal in March this year, a flurry of institutions and agents dropped the actor - and it caused issues with his upcoming work, specifically within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Earlier this year, Majors lost his motion to dismiss his domestic assault charges - with the judge clearing the way for the case to go to trial.

Judge Michael Gaffey made the ruling during a Manhattan court hearing. Majors attended via video link, because he was out of the state.

The Creed III actor was arrested on March 25 on misdemeanor charges for allegedly attacking dancer Jabbari.

London-based Jabbari initially told police Majors hit and strangled her, but the strangulation charges were dropped. Now, he is only charged with hurting her arm after police noted she sustained minor injuries after the alleged ordeal.

On September 12, his attorneys filed the motion and claimed the state withheld evidence that would prove Majors' innocence. This was denied.

His legal team is attempting to keep some material in the case sealed.

The messy proceedings were further muddled when Majors filed a cross-complaint against Jabbari, saying that it was her who attacked him. An NYPD document was created, alerting officers that there was probable cause to arrest Jabbari in June.

Priya Chaudhry, Majors' attorney, has previously shown her steadfast belief that her client Majors is innocent, and that Jabbari ought to be apprehended.

The opposing sides disagree over who the perpetrator of the event on March 25 is.

According to court documents, the couple were in a car when Jabbari saw a message on Majors' phone that read 'Wish I was kissing you right now.' She grabbed the phone, at which point Majors twisted her forearm and struck her ear.

She tried to exit the car, and he 'threw her back inside,' causing her 'sustained substantial pain, including a fractured finger, bruising about her body, a laceration behind her right ear, and a bump on her head,' the documents state.

Chaudhry requested a quick trial date for Majors in June, in a bid to speed up the case.

Then on September 6, prosecutors said they were ready for trial and had filed a certificate of compliance, Majors' attorney claimed to find deficiencies within the document.

This is what caused them to file the motion to dismiss - which has now been denied.

Grace Jabbari was also arrested in October for allegedly striking Majors, after accusing the actor of assaulting her.

Grace Jabbari, 30, presented herself in at Manhattan's 10th Precinct.
