The fight, which occurred around 10:15pm Monday, when the suspect, 34-year-old Precious Williams, accused the teen and her family of 'talking badly' about her four kids, who are also seen in the footage and range in age from 3 to 8.

The family denied her claims before Williams lunged at the teen while she was still seated.

The teenaged girl, who was not named, responded by fighting back - pulling the mom's hair as she tried to free herself.

The fight was eventually broken up by the victim's family and Williams' husband, but not before erupting into an all-out brawl. Cops showed up and cuffed Williams, who was later charged with abusing a child.

It resulted in her arrest, ahead of a trial that could now see the mom-of-four jailed for five years. She remains in custody after rejecting a year of probation

'My son said one of them said something,' Williams shouted in the clip, as she stood over a booth where the victim's family was eating. She later claimed the boy told her someone at the victim’s table called them a 'n****r'.

A woman who appeared to be the teenage girl's mother responded by telling Williams she had her kids with her.

'OK! I got four!' the suspect shouted back, getting increasingly close as two men seemingly from her party attempted to hold her back.

Several of her kids are seen standing inches away as well, seconds before the barrage of blows broke out.

As the two groups continued to hurl insults, Williams suddenly attacked the teen.

The fight quickly escalated from there, with multiple men and women getting involved.

A parade of punches and hits ensues, with Williams seen taking a punch from what appeared to be one of the victim's family.

Several other men fought each other as well, with bottles being thrown and tables toppling over.

Cops were called and quickly arrived at the scene, leading to another filmed confrontation - this one between Williams and Miami Metro officers.

There, investigators told Williams that the girl she hit 'was a minor'.

They proceeded to handcuff her, warning her 'to not make a scene' when they walked her outside to a police car in front of her kids.

Williams agreed, going willingly with the officers.

'I love my kids,' she said before whisked off. 'I'm never a fighter or anything.'

A few days later in court, the mom continued to attest to her innocence, citing the slur she believed was launched at one of her children.

Matthew Goldkind, her attorney, cited the now viral video, claiming it 'shows somebody putting their hands on [Williams] and then [her] striking back.'

State attorneys responded by offering Williams a way out - a year of probation, mandatory anger management courses, a no-drink order, and an additional parenting course in exchange for a guilty plea.

However, Williams denied it, and demanded a trial. A date has yet to be set.
