Ozzy Osbourne was pictured leaving an office building in a wheelchair in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, on Tuesday afternoon.

The frail-looking star, 74, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2003, was wearing a face mask wile being pushed along in the wheelchair by two companions.

Ozzy was sporting a black T-shirt with a pair of sweatpants, while he covered his knees with a blue blanket to keep warm.

The Black Sabbath rocker displayed his tattooed arms, while sporting a series of gold jewellery including rings and a watch.

Ozzy's appearance comes after his son Jack Osbourne has admitted his daughter Maple is 'scared' of her heavy metal rocker grandfather Ozzy.

Jack, who is the son of Ozzy and his wife of 41 years, revealed that his 15-month-old child has a mixed reaction to her grandpa.

Maple is apparently a huge fan of Ozzy when she sees him on TV - but is a bit more reserved in real life.

Speaking on the Osbourne's Podcast, Ozzy demanded: 'Bring the grandkids to come and see me!'

Laughing Jack admitted: 'I f***ing will... she's scared of you IRL.'

He added that Maple likes the idea of her famous grandpa and will watch him perform Crazy Train pointing at the TV going 'Papa, papa, papa!'

Jack continued: 'But in real life when she sees him and she's like, "Oh f***, there he is. Ahh!'

In September Jack tied the knot with Maple's mother Aree in a secret ceremony.

The rocker Ozzy is battling Parkinson's disease after revealing his diagnosis publicly three years ago.

Last year he underwent 'life-altering' surgery to remove and realign a series of pins in his neck and back from a 2003 quad biking accident.

In September, Ozzy revealed on his family's podcast The Osbournes Podcast that he had another surgery in the pipeline, which brings his total number of procedures following his 2019 fall up to four.

He said: 'My lower back is, I'm going for an epidural soon because what's happening, what they've discovered is the neck has been fixed, below the neck there's two vertebrae where the bike hit me and disintegrated, there's nothing left of 'em,'

His son Jack Osbourne asked: 'Are they fusing discs?'

Ozzy explained that he 'didn't know' what the medical professionals were going to be doing but said: 'All I know is right now, I'm in a lot of pain, I'm in a lot of discomfort'

Ozzy recently said he is 'battling through' his health issues and recently had a filter removed from his artery.

Earlier this year the threat of blood clots hitting his major organs was reduced, with him admitting he's desperate to 'get on with his life.

Speaking on his Ozzy Speaks SiriusXM channel, he said: 'I'm battling through, like, for instance last Monday, I went to have a filter removed.

Health: The rocker, 74, was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2003, before publicly revealing his diagnosis in January 2020, and suffering an accident

Heartfelt words: He wrote on Instagram: 'As painful as this is, I've had to make the decision to bow out of performing on Power Trip in October

'When I had the blood clots in my legs, they put a filter in your artery to stop the blood clots going to your heart and your brain. It sounds worse than it is. So, on Monday I went to have it removed.

'The blood clots have jammed you all up. It's just disappointment after disappointment. Just get this thing f****** done so I can go get on with my life.

Ozzy admitted he is in 'constant pain', adding: 'I feel like a one-legged man in a butt-kicking contest. The only thing I've got that keeps me going is making records. But I can't do that forever.

'I gotta get out there. I'm still in constant pain. I do the best I can to stay away from the pain medication.'

The health update was his first since he cancelled his performance at the Power Trip Festival in California in October, which would have been his first gig in five years.

Announcing the 'painful' decision earlier this month, he said in a statement: 'As painful as this is, I've had to make the decision to bow out of performing on Power Trip in October.

'My original plan was to return to the stage in the summer of 2024, and when the offer to do this show came in, I optimistically moved forward.

'Unfortunately, my body is telling me that I'm just not ready yet and I am much too proud to have the first show that I do in nearly five years be half-a****.

'The band that will be replacing me on Power Trip will be announced shortly. They are personal friends of mine and I can promise that you will not be disappointed.

'Above all, I want to thank my fans, my band, and my crew for their unconditional loyalty and continual support.

'I love you all and I will see you soon. God Bless, Ozzy.'

Biggest supporter: Ozzy's wife, whom he tied the knot with back in 1982, has been by his side amid his health battle (the couple seen in January 2020 in Beverly Hills)

Grateful for his fans: Earlier in February, the rock singer sent his love to his fans, as well as close family and friends, when he retired from touring

The singer announced earlier this year in February that he would officially be retiring from touring and released a heartfelt statement to express the decision.

He had stated at the time: 'This is probably one of the hardest things I've ever had to share with my loyal fans. As you may all know, four years ago, this month, I had a major accident, where I damaged my spine.' The star had taken a fall in 2019 in a bathroom, causing him to injure the vertebrae in his neck and needing surgery.

'My one and only purpose during this time has been to get back on stage. My singing voice is fine,' he wrote, adding that after 'three operations' his 'body is still physically weak'.

'I am honestly humbled by the way you've all patiently held onto your tickets for all this time,' Ozzy graciously told his fans, but explained he would have to cancel his upcoming tour dates. He had been set to go on tour beginning in May.

'Never would have I imagined that my touring days would have ended this way,' he typed out, and later concluded by thanking his close friends and family, as well as his 'fans for their endless dedication, loyalty, and support, and for giving me the life that I never ever dreamed I would have. I love you all...'

However, the following month, while talking on an episode of Sirius XM's Ozzy Speaks, the rocker revealed that he's, 'been working my guts out to try and get back on my feet'.

'But right now, if you said to me: 'Can you go on the road in a month?' I couldn't say yes,' he added. 'I mean, if I could tour, I'd tour. But right now I can't book tours because right now I don't think I could pull them off.'

Surgery: In June 2022, Ozzy underwent a spinal surgery with Sharon giving an update to fans shortly afterwards

He then admitted that, 'If I get okay today, if the doctor said to me today, 'Oh, you can tour,' it would take another six months to get it together, you know?'

The Paranoid rocker additionally got candid about his health battle and revealed, 'I feel like a one-legged man in a butt-kicking contest.'

'The only thing I've got that keeps me going is making records. But I can't do that forever. I gotta get out there, you know?' But he added that he is still in 'constant pain.'

'I do to the best I can to stay away from the pain medication, but there are times when I go, 'You know, I've gotta take something. I mean, last week I couldn't...I've been sleeping great, and all of a sudden for two back-to-back nights. I never slept a wink.'

In January 2020, the star, who is also known as the Prince of Darkness, revealed that he has Parkinson's in an emotional interview with his wife Sharon.

The then-71-year-old sat down with Good Morning America to reveal he could no longer hide his health struggles and that he is on a 'whole host' of medications to treat his nerve pain.

It began, he said, when he suffered a fall in 2019 and had to undergo surgery for it. After that, he started experiencing nerve pain and doctors have had a hard time pinpointing whether the fall, the surgery, or his condition are to blame for his condition.

Insisting he was 'far from' his deathbed - as had been misreported - he said he wanted to 'own up' to his condition for the sake of his fans.

'It has been terribly challenging for us,' he said of the last year. 'I had to have surgery on my neck which screwed all my nerves. I found out that I have a mild form of....' he said before looking to his wife to finish his sentence.

Sharon added, 'It's Parkin 2 which is a form of Parkinson's. There are so many different types of Parkinson's.'

Michael J. Fox is another celebrity who also suffers from the disorder, which targets the central nervous system and can affect mobility.

In June 2022, Ozzy underwent a spinal surgery with Sharon giving an update to fans shortly afterwards.

'Our family would like to express so much gratitude for the overwhelming amount of love and support leading up to Ozzy's surgery! Ozzy is doing well and on the road to recovery! Your love means the world to him,' the TV personality concluded.

Later that same year, the Crazy Train singer jumped to the stage to perform during an NFL performance in September 2022.
