The man accused of stabbing his girlfriend to death at an Irish pub in New York City was pictured Wednesday during his arraignment.

Marcin Pieciak, 36, was arraigned in his hospital bed on April 3, two days after his arrest for second-degree murder after the alleged fatal knifing of Sarah McNally, 41, at The Ceili House in Queens.

He was remanded and will appear back in court on Friday.

An allegedly crazed Pieciak stabbed to death his girlfriend, McNally, at the pub where she worked, before turning the knife on himself last Saturday.

Pieciak was charged with the murder Monday, in addition to receiving a charge for the criminal possession of a weapon - the bloody knives he used to stab Mcnally in the neck.
