In her most recent video, the expert revealed the number one thing couples do when bickering is step into the role of a little child

She captioned the clip, which has so far amassed over 14,000 views, '#Relationship advice.'

At the beginning of the video, Francesca said: 'Here's the biggest mistake people make when fighting with their partner.'

The coach then revealed that when people begin arguing, they 'are not an adult anymore.'

She explained that each partner will often step back into the role of a kid.

Francesca added that they become a '10-year-old child from a psychological perspective.'

'This happens because they feel like their needs aren't being met, certain traumas come up like fear of abandonment or they aren't treated right, or whatever it is.

'So what you end up having is two little kids fighting with each other,' the expert explained.

The content creator noted that this argument between 'children' will continue because both partners feel like they need 'all the attention to themselves.'

The coach then revealed that when people begin arguing, they 'are not an adult anymore' and that the argument won't end until someone steps into the role of an adult

People flooded the comments section and praised the expert for her tip

She noted that when they step back into the role of a child, they are not able to 'empathize' with their lover's 'needs.'

Francesca added: 'This happens until one of them is mature enough to step into the adult role and either empathize with the other person and offers them what they need or is able to say, "Okay, let's stop here. Let's take a break, go to separate rooms to process things and recharge and then come back and talk together from an adult space."'

She explained that if your partner can't handle leaving until the issue is solved, you should say, 'Baby, I love you, but let's talk about this tomorrow. I don't want to fight anymore.'

The next morning, Francesca recommends you solve the problem as 'adults.'

People flooded the comments section and praised the expert for her tip.

One person said: 'Much needed video today.'

Another user added: 'I love that view of fighting - it does resonate with me.'
