Distressing footage shows the moment a group of kid stomp on a defenseless child during a mass brawl near a Massachusetts high school leaving two kids hospitalized.
One of the brawl's victims, 15-year-old Elvis Grullon, was beaten so badly he suffered a brain injury.
Nine juvenile males are facing charges over the shocking incident, which took place at Sullivan Park near Lawrence High School on Monday.
Seven of those identified by police have already been charged or are due to appear at court, while police are still hunting for two who remain at large.
The shocking video shows a helpless Grullon surrounded by the group who rain down a flurry of kicks and blows.

One of the youths aggressively stomps on his face, before others pile on repeatedly kicking him all over his body.
The teen was later rushed to Lawrence General Hospital where he is in a precarious position.
'They say it can either get better or he can get worse. They don’t know how he’ll come along in the next few days,' his mom Aurelques Rosario told WCVB.
'They should be tried as adults because this is attempted murder.'
She said her son's attackers were not known to him, while police confirmed they were not from the nearby high school.
Footage taken from another angle shows a group of boys repeatedly stomping on another child who lays motionless on the floor.
Lawrence Police confirmed they managed to identify nine people in connection with the attack.
Six have been arrested and charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault with Intent to Murder. One individual will be summoned into court for Assault and Battery.

The juveniles were taken into custody 'without incident' by Lawrence Police.
However, arrest warrants are out for two boys with one being charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault with Intent to Murder, and a second charged with Unarmed Robbery.
Members from the Lawrence Police School Resource Officer Unit and the Patrol Division were called to the area on Monday following a report of a male being assaulted.
They encountered a juvenile male lying on the basketball court located in the park, along with another boy with a cut on his face, police said.
As the two were being treated by first responders, both of their parents arrived on the scene and they were taken to hospital.
The identities of the attackers are not being released as they are minors.
Police said the attack is not considered to be random and there is no wider threat to the public.

DePeña, Chief William Castro, Superintend Juan Rodriguez, the members of Lawrence Police Department and the faculty, staff and leadership of the Lawrence Public Schools,' a statement from the force added.
'As such we are committed to continue to work together with the public at large to achieve this goal.'
