This is the sickening moment Elon Musk joked that 'no one even bothered to kill Kamala because it's pointless' during an interview with Tucker Carlson

The billionaire made the shocking remarks while being interviewed by Carlson on his show broadcast on the Musk-owned X.

During a segment of the nearly two hour interview Musk spoke to Carlson about his well-established views on Vice President Harris who Musk said he has been 'trashing non-stop' during the Presidential campaign.

Musk said: 'No one is bothering to kill Kamala because it's pointless. What do you achieve? Just another puppet.'

Carlson and Musk then break out into a fit of laughter before the former Fox News host adds: 'Yeah that's deep and true.'

Musk then says no one would try to kill Joe Biden adding that would be 'pointless.'

The comment prompted a strong reaction online with one X user claiming it was  'concerning' and 'alarming.'

Another said: 'This is so sick and disgusting.'

Bill Johnson on X described the conversation as 'beyond despicable.'

One person simply described the remarks as 'gross.'

The tech billionaires comment come after he received backlash for a previous post on social media where he made a similar claim on X.

While reposting a post which asked: 'Why [do] they want to kill Donald Trump?' Musk said to his 200million followers: 'And no one is trying to assassinate Biden/ Kamala.'

This followed the second assassination attempt on former President Trump's life last month when a shooter was spotted hiding in foliage on Trump's West Palm Beach Golf Course.

At the time the post was heavily criticised by the White House who, in a statement, said Musk's 'rhetoric is irresponsible' and that violence should never be 'encouraged or joked about.'

In another section, the Tesla CEO pondered with Carlson about what would happen if Trump loses.

To which Carlson said: 'If Trump loses, you're f***ed, dude,' with Elon laughing along and agreeing.

Musk affirmed: 'If he loses, I'm f***ed.

'How long do you think my prison sentence is going to be? Will I see my children? I don't know.'

Touching on a variety of topics during his sit down with the ex-Fox News host, the pair discussed vaccines, Europe's declining birth rate and what Musk's role might be in a Trump administration.

If Trump is elected on November 5, Musk said he would continue to help Trump.

The 50-year-old said that he had spoke to the Republican nominee about setting up a Department of Government Efficiency - where Musk mentioned his cull of Twitter staff when he bought the platform in October 2022 which he claimed made the company much more efficient.

Musk and Carlson both claimed that if Harris beats Trump in November, it will be the last election.

However, Musk confirmed that he will continue to support the former president even if he loses.

Both joked that Harris and Biden are figureheads for a movement rather than substantial politicians.

'Kamala is gonna say whatever the teleprompter is gonna say,' Musk claimed.

He also told Carlson of his concerns that religion has been replaced in society with the 'woke mind virus.'

The interview comes on the back of Musk's appearance at a Trump rally on Saturday in Pennsylvania.

The dramatic appearance by the Tesla and SpaceX boss came as Trump returned to the Butler Farm Show grounds in Pennsylvania, where he survived an attempted assassination three months ago.

After leaping up and down, Musk told the huge crowd: 'America is the home of the brave and the true test of someone’s character is how they behave under fire.

'We had one president who couldn’t climb a flight of stairs and another who was fist-pumping after getting shot! FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT!'

Musk, wearing a black baseball hat, urged supporters to vote, and register to vote, and to get others to 'vote right now'.

'I'm being repetitive for a reason,' he said. 'Honestly you want to be a pest. Fight, fight, fight! Vote, vote, vote!'

Musk's appearance at Trump's rally in Butler was the first time he has taken the stage at a political rally.

The billionaire was inspired to endorse Trump publicly after the failed assassination attempt of the former president at Butler on July 13.

As the two men were on stage Trump praised Musk for donating Starlink systems to victims of hurricane Helene, joking he did not understand what the space satellite internet system was.

'I didn't know what the hell Starlink was,' Trump admitted.

The crowds shouted 'Elon! Elon! Elon!' In response
