Three people have been wounded during a shooting in downtown Dallas, Texas.
The shooter remains on the loose after opening fire on the Continental high-rise apartment building on Commerce Street about 12.15pm on Thursday.
Police said the victims' conditions are not yet known.
They were all rushed to hospital for treatment.

Police also said they do not have information on the potential suspect yet.
A resident in the building told the Dallas Morning News she heard gunshots just after midday in the building.
The woman recalled hearing screaming, so she took cover in her closet and called 911.
'I needed to secure myself, I was shaking so bad,' she said.

'My lease isn't supposed to be up until later this year, but let me tell you, it ends today.
'I don't feel safe anymore.'
Dallas police Lt. Tramese Jones gave a brief statement on Thursday afternoon confirming that an investigation was underway and remains active.
More than 20 police units were called to the scene.
Jones said there is no further information on the shooter at this stage, nor did she reveal any potential motive.
