Travis Kelce has admitted he and Taylor Swift didn't leave their hotel room all evening after the pop superstar postponed her show in Buenos Aires due to thunderstorms.
On Kelce's first night in South America, the singer was forced to call off the show hours before she was due on stage on November 10 for the 'safety' of her fans and crew.
Taylor, 33, has only ever cancelled five live shows - and is known for continuing her performances even when rain is lashing down on stage.
Kansas City Chiefs player Travis, 34, said the couple didn't want to be seen soaking up the city after disappointing fans with the postponement.
Speaking on the New Heights podcast with his brother Jason about his trip to Argentina, Travis shed light on his new relationship and revealed he and Taylor remained in their hotel when the show could not go ahead.

'So we made sure we stayed in the hotel and kind of kept to ourselves.'
The football star arrived in Argentina on the Friday and left on Sunday, giving him two nights with his superstar girlfriend.
'It was a whole lot of fun,' added Travis. 'I was blown away. It was an electric crowd too!'
'She prides herself on performing through weather and rain and things like that but when it's unsafe to her and everybody in the room you've got to do what you've got to do.
'Everybody was accommodated and I think it ended up being perfect.'
During his time in Argentina, Travis got to know Taylor's father Scott as the trio went out for steak.

The decision to move the show was made after Buenos Aires was hit with monsoon-like conditions, as well as thunder and lightning, and came shortly after Kelce flew in to see his lover in action.
Taylor has only previously cancelled shows back in 2011 when a doctor advised her against performing due to bronchitis.
