Usman Khawaja and his wife Rachel have opened up about some of the most personal aspects of their romance, including how they knew they'd met the love of their life - but the star batter wouldn't go near one question about their relationship.
The couple got engaged in 2016, have been married since 2018 and share daughters Aisha, three, and Ayla, two.
Rachel has previously opened up about her decision to convert to Islam in a special ceremony in 2017 so that they could live together - and now they've given cricket fans an eye-opening look into their private lives.
Asked when they knew they'd found the love of their lives, Usman said he was head over heels 'after a few weeks' of first meeting his wife, adding, 'The more time I spent with her and the more we learnt about each other, the more I knew she was the one.

The couple (pictured at the 2023 Australian Cricket Awards) opened up about how they fell in love and the most romantic thing they've experienced together
'I had never felt that way about anyone before.'
'It was around Christmas time, Uzzy was injured and so we ended up spending a lot of time together, getting to know one another better,' Rachel told News Corp.
'During that time we discovered we had very similar family values and a lot of similar interests in what we valued and wanted in life.'
Both agreed on the most romantic thing they've done for each other: his proposal in New York's famous Central Park.
'I flew Rachel over, pretending it was for her birthday, which I missed because I was overseas playing cricket,' Usman said.
'Uzzy had organised a horse and carriage ride around Central Park and then he proposed halfway through, which was extremely special and romantic,' Rachel added.

Usman (pictured with Rachel during last year's Ashes series) drew a line in the sand when he was asked to name three things that annoy him about his wife
Their relationship isn't all bouquets and courtship, as both revealed they argue the most about time management because of Usman's incredibly busy schedule - although Rachel said his love of golf causes friction too.
However, when they were asked to name three things that annoy them about their partner, he refused to come clean.
'I love my wife, she is the best. Did I mention I love my wife? I ain't falling for this question. Trap!' Usman said.
Rachel was more forthcoming.
'Uzzy's inability to do more than one thing at a time,' she said.
'His lack of taking initiative with the little things - cleaning, things with the girls. He is super messy in the house; he leaves his shoes everywhere!'
