Many of the migrants found squatting in a Bronx home filled with guns and drugs were arrested previously at the southern border and released in to the US.
Eight migrants were hauled out of the house in the Bronx, in New York City, on March 27 and drugs, guns, endless junk, and a seven-year-old child were found inside.
Six of them were quickly cut loose on no-cash bail by a judge, while two stayed behind bars after failing to post bonds.
Homeland Security agents re-arrested three of them on Wednesday after they returned to the squatter den on Hull Avenue upon release. Four others being held by the NYPD had detainer requests lodged for them to be transferred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody.
ICE officials have confirmed the eight were previously arrested at the border, according to Fox News Digital.

'I think he has a court date set, apparently because they're squatters for more than 30 days. They came, they were a disruptive force mainly because there were a lot of them. You didn't know who was staying, not staying there, and the owner of the building had a hell of a time trying to get them out,' said neighbor Alfred Munoz to ABC7.
