The victim of an infamous 1999 New York City nightclub shooting says she still believes that Sean 'Diddy' Combs shot her, despite the rapper never having been charged.
Natania Reuben, who was hit in the nose and suffered seizures because of bullet fragments still lodged in her face that fateful night, is bringing up the decades old allegations after the FBI raided Combs' homes over alleged sex trafficking.
Combs - as well as then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez - was arrested on December 27, 1999, following a shooting outside the Times Square Club in Manhattan but neither faced charges.
Rapper Jamal 'Shyne' Barrow was eventually the only person charged and went to prison for the shooting.
Reuben, who has consistently accused Combs even after Barrow was found guilty, says she had a 'clear point a view' of the gunblast and is willing to go to great lengths to prove it.
Natania Reuben, the victim of an infamous 1999 New York City nightclub shooting, says she can prove that rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs shot her, amid rumors the feds may reexamine the case.
'I'm willing to have a doctor remove a part of the 9 mm bullet in my face so that they can use it as evidence if need be for this trial,' Reuben told News Nation Friday.
Reuben later settled with Combs for $1.8 million, some of which the mogul paid from his own pocket.
'I literally watched them pull out the guns, I had a clear point of view. I mean, for God's sake, I got shot in my nose. I was facing them directly. I watched everything occur and have described it, vehemently to all parties involved,'
Rapper Jamal 'Shyne' Barrow was the only person who had charges connected to the shooting stick.
Barrow was charged with three counts of attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Reuben - who has been speaking out against the rapper ever since the shooting despite the settlement - believes Diddy should have received similar treatment, despite police saying that he was not culpable.
'It is my assertion wholeheartedly that Mr. Combs was inappropriately charged originally,' Reuben said.
'His charges should have mirrored that of Mr. Jamal 'Shyne' Barrow. He should have been charged with attempted murder, reckless endangerment criminal possession of a weapon and firing that weapon in an open environment.'

In June 2001, Barrow was convicted of assault, and sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Barrow, who was born in Belize, returned to his native country after his release, where he is now the leader of the opposition party in the country's House of Representatives.
Reuben, who says she now lives 'a simple, quiet, risk-averse life,' said that Barrow was believed because 'his name was more notable … rather than a victim who gave it firsthand account.'
'I'm a mother of three. At the time, I was a mother of two, and just surviving and getting home to my children was of utmost importance to me, being home and being able to mother that was primary on my list.'
'I didn't have any reason to believe that someone would not believe me. But as things unfolded, it was a very short period of time where I realized that's what in fact was happening.'
She also is somewhat fearful of possible repercussions for continuing to speak out, which she has done for the two-plus decades since the shooting.
'If I should meet with an untimely demise, it would require a deep investigation. I understand the peril of what I'm exposing,' she said.
Anonymous sources told the New York Post earlier this week that an infamous nightclub shooting might be reexamined as part of the investigation.

One of Diddy's accusers, Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones Jr, claimed in a lawsuit that Diddy 'shared that he was responsible' for the shooting, according to USA Today.
Combs' Miami and Los Angeles homes were swarmed by federal agents last week as part of an investigation into sex trafficking, with the music mogul branding the raids as 'militant.'
Exactly what precipitated the raids on Combs' properties on March 25 has yet to be disclosed.
However, they came just a month after music producer Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones filed an explosive lawsuit against the rapper accusing him of serious illegal activity including sexual assault.
Jones' filings were preceded by a lawsuit from Combs' ex-girlfriend, the singer Cassie Ventura.
Venture settled with Combs out of court for $30 million after accusing him of beating, raping and drugging her throughout their relationship.
At the time the feds swooped, Diddy was said to be attempting to board his private jet to fly to the Bahamas to spend time with his 17-year-old twin daughters.
His alleged drugs mule Brendan Paul, 25, was attempting to board with him before he was intercepted by police at a Miami-area airport.

The former athlete was referred to as Diddy's 'drug mule' in Jones' $30 million lawsuit.
The complaint, one of five against Cobs since November, alleged he was involved in 'acquir[ing] and distribut[ing] Mr Combs drugs and guns'.
Whether Paul's arrest was connected to allegations in the lawsuit, or to the raids on Diddy's properties, was not confirmed.
Jones claimed in the lawsuit that he 'personally witnessed' Paul 'acquire and distribute' drugs to Combs and his entourage, and transport or intend to transport drugs in baggage on flights.
Combs has denied all allegations against him and stated he is the victim of a 'witch hunt.'
Aaron Dyer, an attorney for the rapper, broke Combs' silence just over 24 hours after the Homeland Security investigation with a statement to DailyMail.com.
'Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs' residences.
'There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated,' Dyer said.
During the raid two of Diddy's sons were detained to allow agents to execute their warrant as is custom.
