Victor Wembanyama's jersey from his NBA debut sold for a staggering $762,000 at an auction on Tuesday - more than six times what it was estimated to go for.
The Spurs rookie scored 15 points vs. the Mavericks on October 25 as his team lost 126-119.
And one lucky bidder captured the piece of history, paying high-six figures to purchase Wembanyama's white, silver and black No. 1 jersey from the game.
The jersey was estimated beforehand to cost $100,000, though that figure was comfortably blown away as 62 bids were levied.
The auction, held by Sotheby's, saw a total of $1.2million in sales and more than 60 game-worn NBA jerseys purchased.
