Dana White has been hilariously mistaken for popular podcaster Joe Rogan twice in an interview with ESPN's Sage Steele on Wednesday.

The 54-year-old, UFC CEO was on the presenter's eponymous show to discuss all things MMA-related when Steele made the blunder while asking her last question on set, producing one of the biggest interview gaffes of all time.

Setting up a dramatic moment in front of cameras, Steele leaned forward from the sofa she was sitting on, leaned in to look right into White's eyes, before asking him gently: 'Last question: What's Joe Rogan's dream?'

Unsure of what he just heard, White repeated the question: 'What's JOE ROGAN'S dream?'

At this point, Steele starts to smile as she's clearly embarrassed by the error she made in front of her guest, but tried to play it off by sheepishly uttering both names.

OOPS: ESPN's Sage Steele confused Dana White with Joe Rogan in a 1-on-1 interview on Wed.

Baffled by what he had just heard at the time, White didn't know whether to laugh or be upset

Like White, Joe Rogan is bald even if the UFC CEO said he was bold before the podcast host

'Joe Rogan... Dana White,' she said.

Staring at the interviewer in disbelief, White didn't know whether to laugh or to be upset by Steele's blooper.

'Did you just think I was Joe Rogan?' he asked at first before looking off camera.

'She just called me f***in' Joe Rogan. You thought I was f***in' Joe Rogan? I was bald before Joe was ever bald!'

What makes things worse is the fact that Steele also called White 'Joe' at the start of the podcast, as well.

She made the blunder while both of them were putting fuzzy socks on, as requested by Steele as part of her way to get guests to warm up to her during interviews.

'This is making my day,' Steele said at first. 'Yum, yum, we're going to leave that alone... yum, yum... thanks Joe.'
