West Ham midfielder George Earthy has been discharged from hospital after the head injury he suffered in Sunday’s Premier League fixture against Fulham.
The 19-year-old came on for his Premier League debut in the 82nd minute at the London Stadium as a replacement for Michail Antonio.
However, Earthy was taken off on a stretcher in stoppage time, with Maxwel Cornet coming on.
West Ham confirmed on Sunday that Earthy was awake in hospital after being transferred for a further assessment.
The club has now revealed Earthy has returned home after being discharged from hospital.
